TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing this ticket you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

All events are being organised and run by Connecting Mums Perth in conjunction with other businesses

As this is a mum and bub event, at all times children and babies will be the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian during the workshop.

All products made in the workshop are not a TOY and should never be left with an infant/child unsupervised.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you make at any Connecting Mums Make and Take are used in accordance with what we have outlined and for no other reason. Misuse of our products could cause harm or choking to you or your child. Please always ensure you maintain supervision whilst using our products with children. Should you notice any defects in your products please cease using immediately and discard. Connecting Mums and any businesses running the workshops holds no responsibility for any product made at our Make and Take.

 

TERMS OF SALE

All items on the Connecting Mums website are inclusive of GST where applicable.
All goods remain the legal property of Connecting Mums until paid in full.
Our prices are subject to change without notice.

The sale of goods is subject to our Terms and Conditions as set out here and you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions when you:

  1. a) Submit an Order online with Connecting Mums
  2. b) Make payment, or a partial payment, for any tickets supplied by SiliMama

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS

In order for us to grow our business we will be taking photos on the day of the workshop and using for further marketing, promotional and social media. By accepting these terms and conditions upon purchase of your ticket you give Connecting Mums and the third party business who are running the workshop at the time, permission to use these photos. If you do not wish us to use photos of you in the future please advise our team on arrival to the event. We will also be collecting email addresses to be able to let you know about future events and product information.

Please note all tickets are non refundable but can be transferrable. Please contact us at connectingmumsperth@gmail.com if you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend.
